Why these details also appear elsewhere
The same details appear in the terms of use and in the privacy policy. This is not a duplication: two different texts require them, for two different reasons.
The terms of use identify the publisher of the service: who answers for the website and the app. The privacy policy identifies the data controller: who to write to in order to exercise your rights over your personal data, a separate requirement set out in article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Each of those two texts has to stand on its own, without sending you elsewhere to find out who you are dealing with.

The Fab name, logo, text, visuals and code of the website and the app are the property of the company FAB. The names and logos of the apps Fab compares belong to their respective owners and are quoted for reference only, with no partnership or affiliation implied.
